01. How do we book you for the wedding?
To reserve your wedding date, I'll provide a personalized proposal, contract, and retainer invoice. A signed contract and 25% retainer are required to secure your date on my calendar. Once booked, you'll receive guidance and support throughout the planning process to ensure a seamless photography experience from start to finish.
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely! I love photographing weddings in new locations and am available for both destination weddings and celebrations throughout Michigan and beyond.
For weddings located more than 60 miles from my home base in Southeast Michigan, a travel fee may apply to cover mileage and, when necessary, accommodations. Any travel costs will always be discussed upfront and included in your custom proposal, so there are no surprises along the way.
03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
Family photos are one of the most important parts of your wedding gallery, so I like to make the process as organized and stress-free as possible. Before the wedding, we'll create a family photo list together to ensure no important groupings are missed.
On the wedding day, I also recommend having a designated helper—whether that's your maid of honor, best man, a family member-to help gather the next group while photos are being taken. This keeps everything moving efficiently and allows us to spend less time organizing people and more time enjoying your celebration.
With a little planning beforehand, family portraits can be completed quickly, smoothly, and without the chaos.
04. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Absolutely! Engagement sessions are one of my favorite ways to get to know my couples before the wedding day. They're a great opportunity to celebrate this exciting season, get comfortable in front of the camera, and create beautiful images together before your big day.
